Question / Help None of my research has helped me fix OBS

Hello. I am having issues trying to lock in optimal setting for obs. I have read through these forums, done google searches, and even asked other streamers who use obs. I have tried adjusting settings multiple time to the information I have found, and nothing has improved my stream quality.

I understand my upload speed isn't high enough to give me the visual quality I prefer. Right now my stream looks as if its through the eyes of a legally blind 80 year old. However the major issues are the constant high latency, stream lag, and dropped frames. Streaming League of Legends, gives me decent visual quality, but my ping gets maxed out until I turn off the stream. I tried streaming Final Fantasy 14, and had major in-game lag problems with a major dropped frame rate.

I'm still new obs and streaming in general, but from what I think I have understood from researching, my bitrate is whats causing me problems. As I said, I'm new to this, so that assumption could be incorrect. Using the estimator tells me to set my bitrate at 1567/1567. I have it set at 1500/1500. I will provide the latest logfile and speed test result here.

well you should go with a lower bitrate like 1250-1400 following the testmy.net result

you dont really have to fun cfr just for streaming

you might consider dropping the resoltuion even further to 2.0 (960x540) and using lanczos filter

depending on what game you play ... you should do fine for example with streaming lol at 1280x720

I will try these settings and see if it improves anything. I guess streaming at a decent 720p is out of the question for me for most games.
