Question / Help Non sound on Twitch but, sound in OBS

I know I have sound in OBS because, when I check the sound bar for in game sound I can see it moving. However the in game will not play on twitch. I have everything set up correctly I'm not sure what the problem is

Click the wheel in one of the sources in the mixer and choose Advanced Audio Properties.
Go through each audio source and set the Audio monitor accordingly.

Monitor Off = Capture output but do not listen through studio monitor headphones
Monitor Only (muted output) = Listen through studio monitor headphones but do not capture
Monitor and Output - Listen through studio monitor headphones and capture

Although the volume bar may be bouncing showing activity, it doesn't necessarily mean its being captured by OBS Studio.

I found that when I did this my mic and game sound are on the same track even though I'm running two tracks, What am I doing wrong here?

Try this Julian...

Disable all audio in the Audio settings and take full control over each device adding Audio Input Capture and Audio Output capture as sources.
