In my latest stream, I was playing with a friend. His voice through skype was fine, and then someone commented in twitch chat that he sounded like a kazoo. Reviewing the video, he actually does. How do I fix how other people sound through the stream?
Why is there a steady low static noise coming through at all times through the stream.
