Question / Help Noise gate & Siberia Steel Series V2 Headset

Hello Forum!

Really need this nipped in the bud, so to speak. So my steel series siberia V2's are excellent, sturdy, an all around great headset- my problem is, nailing the noise gate settings or mic setup in general to eliminate the static white noise, with my arcade stick playing fighting games etc... Could really use a help on this one- i have in my recording tab- the volume is set at 3- in OBS- the mic boost is off, and the noise gate is around 64-68 ratio, any and all help is appreciated!

I'm not really sure what help is required as you didn't really describe the problem. There is nothing
complicated with the noise gate, but just you telling us the levels it's set at won't help you with anything because we can't really guess what level the noise is at. Just look at the noise level without you speaking in the mic, and set threshholds somewhat above it.

i had the same you just keep the settings normal but at microphone noise gate at genaral enable noise gate ON that fixed the problem for me
