Question / Help Noise Gate Not Working Correctly

Hey guys,

Before today, I had a noise gate setup for my microphone that worked perfectly. Today during the first part of my stream however the microphone and computer sound were both not recorded/transmitted. (See first link) (I figured out there was problem at around 32:45) I am not sure why OBS changed these settings on me, but it did. After fixing that, I found out that normal levels of volume which make it past the noise gate were not doing so. My mic was cutting in and out. And that is the problem I am facing right now. I did a test real quick to show you an example. (My normal noise gate is at 14 for open threshold.... this test started at 15, went to 14, then back to 16.... See link 2)

Recently I downloaded audacity to record a voice meeting between players and staff for a game I play, so I did mess around with a few settings in that program. Although I did nothing to the microphone outside of that program. (Though I noticed changing the recording Volume in Audacity also changes the microphone "Level" for my computer. I returned the level to it's original 100 at the beginning of the second video.)

Here is the first link: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/137463429
And the Second: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/137501308

Here is my last Log File (It's for the second video link): https://gist.github.com/1140fa9bf9d571fb88dbe12502753257

Thanks for your help!
