Question / Help Noise Gate not removing white noise.

As the title says. I am using Noise Gate (& PTT) but none of the background-noise is currently being filtered out. It's incredibly unbearable and makes me not want to talk for my own stream. Would love to get some help on this before I decide to just return another pair of headsets because of the terrible microphone quality.

Maybe I might try to get VSTHost working so VST plugins can be used. I'm unfortunately not quite sure what else can be done other than giving access to extra sound filtering options.

I'm not entirely sure what you're talking about, but I hope it works/helps!

VSTHost allows you to run special audio plugins that can modify sound (usually used for things like music making), but there are a whole bunch of nice sound modification libraries for modifying the sound, including things like noise filtering.
