Question / Help Noise Gate Isn't Working

[Release The Kraken]

I'm on a new PC and for some reason, any settings I use for my noise gate are not working. My microphone is an AT2020 and I have the level set to 25 in my recording devices of my system sound. I attached a screenshot of the current settings. Let me know if you need any more information. Thanks for the help!

I have also found that it is not working for me. If there are any solution, I am all ears. I am using right now software version v0.6.38b and my system is a Windows 7 64bit.
