Question / Help Noise Gate Help?

Obs has a built in Noise gate if I'm correct right though there is a noise gate plugin?

As someone who has a medical breathing issue, and i breath heavy as my airway is only the size of a straw i find it annoying people can hear me breath and or you can hear it non stop.

Is High ( -90db) the way i need to go or is it: lower at: -1db the way i go?

Heres a Preview with me messing with it at:

-22dB --> Close Threshold.
-16dB --> Open Threshold.

I Find it embarrassing and some viewers do find it distracting aswell.
Can anyone tell me a good setting for this stuff?

Also default settings wernt great either the one i did above seemed to have more effect on some stuff.

Also, the settings with numbers that you can change, you want to leave them default. They work perfectly for most people. Only thing you need to change are the sliders.
