Hey im trying to set a stream up and i want the stream to hear my discord but make it so i cant hear it is this possible? if so how? Thanks

Not in OBS Classic itself. You will need some kind of mixing solution (hardware or software) and/or virtual audio cables.
Made a guide that displays how to do this with VoiceMeeter a while back and I show an example how to do it with Spotify, but the actual application is up to you :)
