Question / Help No Windows Available to Capture AT ALL

When I go to create a source via Game/Window Capture, there is nothing in the list of available windows to capture, except for a small little program I'm running for a camera software. That is the only window that appears to be available. No games, no browsers – nothing else. It doesn't matter if I have already started the game prior to launching OBS or not.

I launched both the game and OBS in admin mode.
I tried both 32-bit and 64-bit (I'm running Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate).
I uninstalled and reinstalled several times (even went back to an earlier version).
I am able to capture the whole desktop display.
The WebCam is captured fine as well.

Now normally I would think that the things I'm trying to capture just aren't compatible, but it used to work just fine until I updated to the latest version. Then, no matter what I try (even downgrading to the version I was using previously), the problem persists.

The only other thing I have done recently that is out of the ordinary is to download and install NVIDIA's GeForce Experience. Everything else is exactly the same as it was when this was all working.

Any help? I'm at my wit's end. No idea what to do.
