Question / Help No Webcam or browser displaying

Thanks in advance from a noob who is trying to jump in with both feet and needing a little help. I have things working on two different systems (windows 8.1 and OS X Yosimite), but am having no luck troubleshooting my Windows 10 installation.

A few obvious manifestations of the issue.... one is that I get no output from my webcam - the red snaps appear as a dot in the upper left hand corner of the scene when added, but there is no video or audio content. Another is that when I add a window capture with a browser as the source, I get a standard sized red snap around a window but there is no content - just a black screen. If I select another application or a Windows Explorer window it works just fine. Recording goes off without an error message, just no output from the items that aren't displaying....

Without further comment, here is my log:

A follow up... a different webcam works, but the other issues noted remain. The HD4110 works with FMLE, interestingly even when it is ostensibly used as a source in OBS. The other cam (the new one that does appear in OBS) doesn't work in FMLE once OBS is fired up. Not *exactly* sure what it means, but it is another point of reference on the issues I'm experiencing with this installation.

Another data point... Chrome and Edge do not display with Window Capture, while Firefox does. And no element can be resized or moved once added to a scene. Where it lands is where it stays.

I hope this gets moderated soon.... I'm really dying to figure this out. :)

I hate to bump... but I'm hoping someone with superior technical understanding than my own on this subject can weigh in.

Again... much appreciated for any assistance you might be able to offer.

Another interesting thing... when I add a text element, I cannot move/resize... just stays anchored in the upper left hand corner where it is placed.

Can someone confirm that my post is in fact visible... even if you can't lend assistance so I know I'm not talking to myself?
