Question / Help No voice audio after rewatching recorded stream

Hello!

I have recently purchased an Happauge HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition and have started live streaming on twitch. I have also been recording my sessions because I would like to upload them to YouTube.

The issue I am having is that when I listen to the recordings after I am done the live stream there is no voice audio. All that is left is Audio from the game. I have set all of my Microphone options to my computer microphone. It unfortunately still does not work.

I can hear it fine when live streaming, but I can't hear the voices at all when I listen to the video afterwards...

I guess the question is, how can I get the audio to record while I am recording the video.

Was it properly set up to record mic audio? Was it coming in on the mic audio meter? Could we see a log file of this problem, if possible?

I would not mind doing that for you, how would I be able to show you a log of it? Also I forgot to include that the video capture is from a console while the audio is being used from the comp microphone (Blue Yeti).

To add on, I could see the audio meter when talking, I just don't hear anything when playing back the footage that I captured.

What's doing the recording for local playback? The capture device or OBS? I'm not familiar with capture devices, but if I'm understanding right the device itself is capable of recording, but you aren't using its built in microphone which may explain why you don't hear your voice.

If the audio meter is going up and down it should be recording, I'm totally confused. If there was an error mixing the audio it would have stated an error in the log file. Do you have push-to-talk on or something perhaps?
