No video is displayed for recording video from screen, I have most recent Catalina OS.

Hi! I don't know why, I have installed and uninstalled several times the app, also checked out all the parameters and configuration and there is nothing wrong but only a black screen appears and only audio is saved. could you please help me guys?

In Catalina You have to explicitly give obs permissions to record the screen. That is in system preferences.

Oh I got the same issue but I dont have Catalina (hence why I cant find screen recording in the system preferences list)
Does anyone know of a fix for Mojave?

Also does anyone know how to fix it for OS 10.13.6? I don't see screen recording as a security setting either.

The only place I find 'Screen Sharing' in SystPref for Catalina is 'Security & Privacy'. What do I do if OBS is not listed there. I installed it yesterday. Thanks.
