new to this software. I can choose my roland vr-3 video capture device ( it populates as a source) .. im seeing audio from the source but i have a blak screen. i unchecked the hardware aceleration tab on chrome with no change, anyone point me in right direction would be helpful

The advice about hardware acceleration on chrome only affects trying to window capture chrome, does not affect video capture from a capture device or camera.
