Question / Help No video adapter

Can someone please help me i can't select an video adapter. I have not the best adapter just an standard adapter.
This is my adapter: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family. And i can't select it with OBS.

It probably doesn't have the DirectX capabilities required for OBS to run. Which CPU are you using? Post a DXDiag log.
