Question / Help No Video Adapter Options/ Black Screen Game Capture

So I think I have a bit of a unique question. My settings are perfect and golden for streaming on Twitch but with one exception. In Settings under the Video tab, there are no options under Video Adapter. Like I open up the box which is to list the options for video adapters, and it is all a blank space with no text. My graphics/video card is Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500 and is the only display adapter I currently have on my laptop (which I know is already an issue but am determined to work with it). I am receiving a black screen when attempting to stream DayZ with game capture. I had this problem on a previous laptop, but not the zero options under the Video Adapter. If somebody would be willing to help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

try running OBS as admin. can you post your logfile from the help menu?
