No VB Cable B as Global Audio Device on Big Sur

I am trying to route zoom call audio settings via VB Cable A+B but OBS Studio does not detect VB Cable B as Global Source.

Specifications:
OBS Version: 27.0.1
MacOS: v11.4
VB Cable A+B: Package 108
Headphone: Sennheiser HD458BT
Zoom: v5.4.7

Having the same issue. Under Global Audio Devices, VB-Cables (A and B) show up in all dropdown options EXCEPT for desktop audio.

I am using Catalina and I don't see that option either for Desktop audio, so I think this is normal for OBS on Mac OS.
I think I saw a post a few days ago about how to use VB Cables and create a Multi-Output Device containing your built in output and VB Cables. Then you can set your desktop output to that Multi-Output Device and in your OBS scene add VB-Cable as a Mic/Input device.
