No USB Video option in Properties

I want to setup Fire TV Stick (Amazon) and watch it on my laptop. Based on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d55K59D2DnY&t=3s in OBS I should choose USB Video option in properties/Device, but it is not one of the options.
What I am missing?

Amazon's FireStick is not a USB device. It's an HDMI device. You will need an HDMI capture card to capture the output video. Which is probably HDCP-protected, which prevents capturing. The USB port is just for powering the device.

If you're looking to pirate Amazon content, we can't help you.
If you want to just watch it on your laptop, use the Amazon site in a browser. It's a laptop. The FireStick is meant for plugging into a TV, like a Google Chromecast.

I checked again, he is using HDMI Video Capture device to connect to computer, it will work for me too?
