Question / Help No upload at all. Only started 3 days ago.

I have now reinstalled OBS for the 3rd time. 3 days ago I went to stream and saw that in the bottom right I had 0/kbps. I don't know why, when I first click start I get my usual amount (1000) but then it immediately goes to 0/kbps. Any help please?
 
The last time I tried to stream was 8 days ago. It was perfect, now everytime I start the stream it has 0upload and the network indicator is red. What does this mean?
