No update is installed

Hello. I want to update the driver in nvidia geforce, it downloads, then I click “install”, the installation goes and after that I get the same window with the installation request. And accordingly, the drivers are not installed. Can this be a problem with windows? I use version 11. Although it didn't fit my computer, it was installed with the help of some changes in the bios.

This is the OBS Studio forum, dealing with OBS Studio questions. Not a general Windows help site or video driver help site. For questions like yours, please ask the vendor support of your video card.
