Bug Report no thumbnail or purple twitch logo

Hello everybody,

I already posted this error in the twitch forums, but they told me that this is an OBS issue.
Since about 2 weeks I have a problem regarding my video preview thumbnail. In my first streaming session everything worked properly, but from then it never updated the thumbnail. As I am starting with a preview screen in my channel the thumbnail only showed this preview pic but never updated. Now it is even worse, as the thumbnail does not appear in any way, so it shows the purple Twitch logo. I have waited several weeks now to get this fixed, but nothing changed.
I tried to figure out if the problem is on my site or twitch. As I am usins OBS I tried many different solutions, but nothing has helped so far... (turning off CBR etc.)
Streaming without thumbnail means a viewer difference about 500 to 600 .... so it doesn't make any sense to stream for me.
I also tried a new beta version of OBS, but same problem here.... I don't know any further - please help!

Best wishes Ivy

If you ever talk with them again tell them that I want them to tell me what the problem is specifically so I can fix it, because I have no clue why their thumbnail code is breaking. It's their thumbnail code, not mine, the code for getting these thumbnails isn't my code, it's their code, only they can know why it's not generating the proper thumbnails.

If there's something wrong with my transmission causing this to break I need to know specifically what it is. If they don't tell me, I can't fix it. All I can do is theorize what's happening in their code, and I'm all out of theories.

I'll also try emailing someone I know there to see if I can have someone take a look at it some time.
