Question / Help No support for Hauppauge HD PVR 60?

Downloaded OBS Studio for my dad for his streaming build. OBS recognizes his capture card but there is no feed. Is this a common issue or is there a patch or plug in to resolve this?
 
Does the card work with it's own software? If not, get it working in there first, then close their software and replicate the settings in Studio.
 
You'll have to post a log. Also, what do you have hooked up to the PVR? and over what connections is it hooked up to?
 
Was anyone able to get the HD PVR 60 to work? I can't find anything.

I have mine set up working on the Hauppauge software but there is no feed on OBS. I made sure the Hauppauge software was not on when I try to capture the feed on OBS.

The only way to get feed is to have OBS window capture the PVR software. However, I start hearing the game twice now (through PS4 and PVR software). I can't mute the software otherwise game sound will not be streamed.
