Question / Help No Sound

i keep recording vidoes and the video is there but no audio i have the sources for output and input but im not sure why there isnt any sound someone please help

Do you see the volume indicators moving? If so play the file back in VLC or MPCHC.

they are moving but i dont know what you mean by VLC and MPCHC
