Question / Help No Sound

I have been trying to record gameplay except that Obs doesn't want to record desktop audio and doesn't pick up any audio from my microphone. I know the microphone is good since I used it on other programs just fine. This wasn't always a issue though but everything went out suddenly leaving me with nothing to work with. I am not 100% sure when the sound etc went out so im just going to throw the latest log file up not sure what else I can do besides this.

Also if you see anything that may need to be fixed in the settings I would appreciate it if you would let me know so I can correct anything that is wrong.

Edit: I may have been able to fix things hopefully
