I have a ezcapusb3 hd cap 261m
and no matter what i try i cant get any sound
first how can i reset this program to the original format as its been payed with to much and everythings in a mess\
using video from a bluray player to this device it comes up with a picture but no sound \
they say to use custom not default and add in ezycap as sound unit see first photo but that closses down the pictuue and still no sound
if i use default picture but no sound
The manufacture dont apear to help very much
