Question / Help No sound with ELGATO

Hi, I did every tutorial on the internet about the Elgato(older version) but when I put the audio sync on the Elgato the -1500 it did not work. If I put like -500 it works but if I put above -700 the audio doesn't work, the global delay that I put is 1500.

I run the log on the website and it says that it is normal, 0 bugs.


I don't know what to do anymore, I'm trying to stream about a month but I can't since it doesn't sync the audio.

increase scene buffering to 1500ms
