Hey everyone, I've been streaming for a while and I was thinking of getting into switch and ps4 streaming. As everyone knows, capture cards are pretty expensive, so I tried my luck with a chinese one for around $20. And it actually would be perfect if it wasn't for the audio problem. I can't get any audio, I tried different PCs, different consoles, cables, usb ports, etc. I tried most tutorials (adding a new audio input device on OBS, monitoring it, deactivating various audio output, clearing my scenes, etc). I even tried a method through VLC that someone posted here.
Should I just ask for a refund? I find it a little weird that video works seamlessly, but audio doesn't work at all. Thanks in advance guys
