Question / Help No sound when recording

I have downloaded obs mp and I love this program dxtory overlaps my audio and obs is the only one that works but..
problem is there is no audio I have tried everything only thing that actually works is when I switch the output mude to Advanced but that degrades the video quality please help

Where do I get the log?
Yes the audio does move when recording.
I'm using windows media player

I'm having the same problem but the VLC Media player won't play the sound either.
