I have a Allen & Heath Qu-16 mixing console. While I can use it with OBS (using Master = channels 1+2), I have no sound. I tried with different settings, but no success.
The mixing console works fine with other (recording) software.

Hi! We missed you, too.

I don't know why no one answered this, but it may be just be that no users on the forum had this piece of equipment. (I know I don't) OBS is a free, open source project and everyone providing support here are volunteers.

If the device has an ASIO driver then probably what's needed is the OBS-ASIO plugin:

https://github.com/pkviet/obs-asio

OBS is primarily a stereo program and can't by itself select different channels from multichannel devices.
