Make sure "Use Input device for desktop audio" is unchecked in Settings -> Advanced and select the correct "Desktop Audio Device" in Settings -> Audio (usually "Default" is what you want to select there)

^^ Yeah UberDragon is right, you are using two mics. Why people tick that option still blows my mind. It's not that confusing of a message. It says you will use input device (mic) for your desktop audio.

Same here. I just kind of assumed that it might be a defaulted-on option maybe, with the number of people who turn it on and have problems. More designed for people using two audio-ins (like a USB mixing board/line-in and a microphone) in more advanced setups.
