Question / Help no sound in obs

I can not get any sound while i am setting up the video. I see my video but no sound.

Thanks I know the video has sound but i do not want to post it to FB Live if the sound won't apprear there.

The default audio setting in OBS is (Monitor off ) this only sends audio to stream/recording
(Monitor only) allows audio to the desktop but mutes the stream/recording
(Monitor and output) give audio to stream/recording and to desktop
To gain access to the settings click the gear icon in the audio mixer select advanced audio properties.
