Question / Help no sound in obs with turtle beach Tac controller

Hi guys
I have a turtle beach tac controller on my pc . and the default play back device is set to "speakers turtle beach elite game.My Tac is set to PC
I stream my xbox through an elgato Hd60s to obs.
in obs default audio device is set to default
desktop audio device 2 is set to speakers turtle beach elite game .

my xbox sound is coming through the optical cable to the turtle beach tac controller and the usb is hooked up to the pc . I can hear my pc fine if i play spotify etc but just no sounds from OBS
i have some efects that i need to hear in OBS but they all are silent . i know this somehow a confusing setup but if anybody knows pls let me know
 
sorry i my tac is set to my xbox 1 in order to hear the game sound , but i do heat my pc sounds like spoitfy et , except any sounds in obs wont play
