No sound from this file - Please help

Hello. I have an MP4 that shows the sound bars moving, but no sound from the speakers.

I am new to OBS and cannot figure out why this one file won't play sound.

Please let me know if it is me or something I am not doing right.

Other MP4 files work fine.

I will pay you with an Amazon gift card to answer this question.

well, turns out it was not even close to the problem i had, recorded an entire international interview just to find out there was no sound within the file.... but thanks for your answer anyway :)
after a complete reboot, without changing anything on settings, my problem was miraculously fixed. now I do that before every session, plus a 10 second test recording with all guests, just to make sure im not wasting anybody's time again

Equally a new member and this seems not a unique problem with probably a simple solution.
Nathan, I assume the gear wheel in the audio mixer, but it doesn't have an output to choose.
I haven't found it in any other gear wheels....

When I click that wheel, at the bottom of the open window, you need to choose where the Audio is coming from. It might be set to none right now.
