No Sound for Media Source when Monitoring and Output is Selected

Hey guys,

I'm a massive fan of OBS using it weekly.

One issue I have recently encountered is that when I record/am Live my media sources are fine for the audience but I cannot hear them myself. This is despite monitoring and output being selected. I have checked the mixer in Windows and that has my headphones selected all OK. OBS has my headphones selected and unmuted.

I am running on Windows 11 (insider project) evaluation copy, build 22598.

Any help would be appreciated. I can work with it as it is if needed but would like a solution if possible.
