No sound during playback of recorded video

Hello
A really odd thing has happened today.I have downloaded the latest OBS hotfix,and now I am not hearing myself on my recorded videos
I have checked everything,been using OBS for the last few weeks fine no problem hearing my recorded video
And I am using the Vst plugin Reastream in FL Studio to OBS, all fine.
I am hearing my voice and my music,but I am not hearing it when playing back
My mutes on FL Studio are off ,using Voicemeter as a virtual cable
I am going to work on it, in the meantime .since I got scheduled videos to do,for my Youtube channel and need to fix this
Any help or ideas I would be grateful

Check your recorded video with vlc player if there is a sound track at all?

Yes tried that no sound at all.going to re check everything

So if the sound substream is missing in the file please check if in the Output->Recording settings the appropriate sound-track (at least track one) is activated...
