Question / Help No Sound Capture When Recording Fullscreen

Attached is the log. Tales of Zestiria (and by extension undertale) will not capture audio when capturing fullscreen and outputting to MP4.

In which player are you playing the recordings?

In Windows Media Player. In the old "Beta" non-multiplatform version, sound would play in WMP even if it captured to MP4.

Can you try with VLC?

Yes, VLC plays it fine. I am unsure however if YouTube will parse the audio properly, if in fact WMP can't play the audio track.

Also, a serious issue, the audio for voice tracks is permanently echo'd when recording in this manner, I'm not sure why, it's probably an issue with OBS interacting with the game.

Windows media player's default format support is junk.

If VLC plays the video properly, youtube WILL be able to use it properly.
