Question / Help No Software Capture Option

Hey all,
Iv streamed before using the Software Capture option in OBS and it worked extremely well, i was completely content with it. I haven't streamed in a long time and thought i may as well set it up again because a few of my mates thought it was a good idea.
I went to set everything up again and there was no option for Software Capture, which is what I used earlier. In my stream i want to show others what i am seeing, is there a reason why it isn't showing up now? and, how am i able to fix it so it does work?

It's now called just "monitor capture" make sure to disable aero from settings>video if you use it on windows 7.

Basically, Software Capture was split into Monitor Capture and Window Capture. Window Capture is 10000000% more recommended on Windows 7 than Monitor Capture.
