HI all,
After I have recorded a game or even myself talking to the webcam and look back the mp4, it show a horrible result. Very big lags are showing. I've searched youtube etc for answers and tried to lower my bitrates etc but it is still a mess. To be clear, the lags are mainly video output related not audio. Help would be much appreciated.

ps. at the moment we have a very bad internet speed, I suppose this doesn't help either.
