Question / Help No Signal is all that Pops up?

Hey guys im trying to stream but all I get is it saying no signal with the el gato avatar everything is hooked up right ps im using the xbox one???

Open properties of the video capture, then click on "Open Crossbar" the window on the right will show up, select the input, mine gives options for SerialDigitial, which is HDMI for me and RGB which is a VGA input for my card. Adjust properties accordingly.

Personally, I just use the software that came with my card and monitor capture so I don't have to play through OBS.
