If you are streaming, increase the buffer/bitrate to 2000 to 2500 (but they have to be the same). if you are local recording ONLY, you can set buffer to 0 and x264 preset to superfast to get better quality. note that not following guidelines for each will result in unintended consequences.on this moment i have it working but my quality is bad

leave base resolution alone. use the downscale to put it at 1280x720. weird? you have a really low end CPU, you cannot expect perfection.but if i do that my video looks weird
