No screen when using OBS Ninja USB webcam capture, with hardware acceleration ON

Hello,

I am trying to capture a remote webcam through OBS Ninja into my OBS streaming PC.

However,

When I turn hardware acceleration on, I have no webcam capture screen.
When I turn hardare acceleration off, I have a screen, but at 2-5FPS.

Can someone give me some tips to fix this?

Thanks!

Vivi

Hi Harold,

Here's a log.
(Yes, there was another OBS up, but that was intended and just for a short period.)
I just need to be able to turn on hardware acceleration without losing the webcam feed.

Your system is running on an intel cpu with integrated graphics that is too old and low end to support hardware acceleration in the browser source properly.

I See, that explains alot.
Thank you for your answer.

That means I will have to leave HA off. That leads me back to the low FPS issue with OBS Ninja and my remote camera.
Do you have an idea what might be causing it?

When I use the webcam through the actual OBS PC in USB, it runs at a stable frame rate. But not over OBS Ninja.

Thanks,
Vivi

Try another browser - maybe firefox etc.. just to make sure ;)
Hi Filip S, Thank you for your reply.

The issue still persists, tried it with Firefox.
You can see the problem 'live' here:

Any other suggestions?
