Completely i dont know but i have an issues with "no reply" from web pages or game or obs while i only opening program or start streaming. Normally it works ok, but my max time of stream is 1hour and then if i will open new page or refresh one, it only loading and nothing, after that something goes "no reply". Without obs program opened everything runs fine, it happens only with it. My net 30/3 and my hardware is ok, i have seen broadcaster who dont have that issues with the same hardware.
