Question / Help No recording, no fps counter showing

So up till a week ago everything was fine. Didn't mess with settings and when having either msi afterburner on or fraps and recording it showed everything in game, including the fps counter.

Then out of nowhere I get the black screen, reinstalled obs and set everything to default. Now I get just the first frame of what I am recording, doesn't actively update and the FPS overlay doesn't record. I get sound and thats it. I have troubleshooted this for a week with no result. Please help!

But even with those off still not getting recording. Also it just stopped working, worked fine then nothing.
