No PS5 Sound on my TB700 G2 Max

Hi
I'm using the elgato hd60 capture card with my PS5.

To record the PS5 Audio in OBS I need to change the PS5 Audio Output to HDMI after that the audio works in OBS.
The problem is, when I do this, I do not hear any sound on my Headset.
Can someone explain how I can capture sound via elgato and hearing the inGame sound?
I tried to connect my Headset to PS5 and make some audio changes and also directly to PC but I dont have sound on my Headset.

If someone can explain how I can solve this problem it would be great :)

Put an HDMI audio extractor between the PS and the capture card. Plug your headphones into that.

You can also monitor it through OBS, but that's likely to add too much delay. The hardware solution above won't.

But with the XSX works without any Problem, its only on my PS5. My Headset does not have 3.5mm Jack, its only wireless
There are so many streamers out there have all of them the same issue?
