Question / Help no preview in preview pane

I cant get a stream to display in the preview pane.
I can get to my camera stream at RTSP://192.168.2.221/mediainput/h264/stream_1 and it displays just fin in vlc media player but not in OBS preview pane.
I did a wireshark and see the RTP streaming to OBS but no display.
What am I doing wrong?

Well its fixed. Cant tell exactly what I did to fix it other than playing around with it but it's fixed
