Question / Help No Option for 2-Pass Encoding

I've been using OBS for several years and never noticed the option missing until recently

I looked around, cannot find anyone with a similar problem.
Is this a hardware issue or am i just missing something?

You're not using OBS Studio, you're using Streamlabs OBS, a different product not supported here. Please contact Streamlabs for support.
