No NDI Source in OBS

I have tried everything to have OBS show NDI Source. I downloaded and installed the latest OBS for Windows. I also Downloaded and installed NDI Tools 6. Also downloaded and installed distroAV. No joy. What am I missing? I don't know how to share a log file. Why is this so complicated? When I follow the instructions for log file, I get a URL. When I post this, the message says I need a .txt extension.
