no me aparece el panel de transmisión múltiple

Hola. disculpen pueden ayudarme no me sale el panel de transmisión múltiple, en mi otra pc si sale. ¿Será porque este pc no tiene una targeta gráfica dedicada? solo tiene los graficos integrados?? muchas gracias de antemano ..
