Question / Help No matter what I do stream looks bad

Alright so I recently built my brand new pc and get over 250 frames in the game I want to stream, Minecraft. So my pc can definitely handle it. And I have over 9mbps which I think is allot more than average so my internet can handle it. However, no matter what settings I try and what resolutions the stream always looks like this:

Fuzzy and heard to read text, I don't want to sound cocky but it seems like most other minecraft streamers have ten time better looking streams for example:

Anyways I was wondering if there is a solution to this, thanks!

I tryed putting up hd pictures and webcam and they look HD and really good but not any games.

Ok I can barely tell the difference between yours and the other picture you posted.

Are you downscaling from 1080p to 720p? Or any scaling at all? If yes, make sure to select the highest for of sampling, which is 36 I believe. This will make text sharper as well.

I'm not sure how you settled on some of these values there are certainly some changes you can make to help with visual quality. First set the FPS cap in Minecraft to 60 so it doesn't eat up an inordinate amount of your CPU cycles.

Settings > Encoding
- Set your bitrate to 3000
- Don't use a custom buffer size

Settings > Video
- Set your base resolution in OBS to 1600x900, or whatever you plan to run Minecraft at.
- Set your downscale to 1.25 (this is 1280x720 using a 1600x900 base resolution) and your FPS to 30.
- Filtering isn't going to make a big difference for a game like Minecraft, feel free to experiment with the three options to see if you like one better than the others.

Settings > Advanced
- Change your Scene Buffering Time back to the default of 700
- Change your preset to veryfast

Test to see if the quality is more to your liking. If not, post a new log and a recording/VOD.

I've realized the settings aren't changing anything it still has that washed out low res look. Is it my monitor? It isn't anything real nice.
