Question / Help No Matter What I do I always Lag When Gaming

Well like the title says no matter how I configure my OBS settings I always get maxed out ping when streaming to both twitch or YouTube. I just am stumped on what to do please help.

Fx 6300
R7 260x
8gb Ram
